Ria, Anyone who wishes to have an account under this program will get one. Unlike the Pro program, there is no limit on the number of licenses we can request in the Business program. Hoping I'll get in this time. At least I won't have to think about the billing. Ria N2RJ On Thu, Apr 29, 2021 at 11:44 PM Arthur I. Zygielbaum <aiz@ctwsoft.com> wrote:
Diane,
We bought a second license directly with Zoom using our Division funds. That's because we were running into scheduling conflicts. It's not clear if we will need both accounts once things start opening up. But can your offer include our second account? If not, no problem.

Good afternoon,
I have been working with a representative from Zoom to find the most cost effective way to address ARRL’s Zoom needs. The proposal is for us to consolidate all of our accounts under one umbrella and upgrade to Zoom Business at a 50% discount or $100 per user. Zoom Business has additional benefits over the standard $150 Pro including: the ability to host up to 300 instead of 100 attendees, transcriptions of recorded meetings and company branding.
ARRL would purchase the licenses and assign them as needed. Allowing for transfers of accounts to new employees or new board members as others depart or no longer have a need for an account.
The goods news is that anyone who is currently in the middle of an annual agreement will be credited back for the balance of their current account when their new one is activated. So the few of you who have just renewed can switch over to this new program with out any additional cost to the organization.
In order to get this account set up, I will need to confirm how many licenses I should initially acquire. We will have the ability to add licenses later but we can only reduce the number of licenses once a year upon renewal. I already have the following users on the current limited non-profit account and they will be automatically converted:
Rick Niswander
Jeff Ryan
Dale Williams
Art Zygielbaum
Mike Raisbeck
John Stratton
Is there anyone else that would be interested in rolling their current account into this new program or like to obtain a Zoom account? The charges will be automatically charged against the appropriate division or officer budget. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Please express your interest by Wednesday, May 5.
Thank you.
