The Secretary will circulate draft minutes to Board members as soon as possible afterthe meeting. 2. Once Board members have had the opportunity to review the draft and offer comment,a final draft will be circulated. 3. Three business days after distribution of the final draft, the Secretary will call for a voteby electronic mail to approve the minutes. 4.
