Dear Members of the ODV,

To thank the ARRL for returning to the Windsor Marriott following last summer's mix up, there will be an open bar during the reception from 5:30 - 6:30pm. This is compliments of the Windsor Marriott. (The bar will return to a cash bar at 6:30 for the dinner service.)
