I assume this was sent to all Directors, as I received a copy addressed similarly.
It is in your rights as a Director to comment publicly, but I suggest you might wait until a response, if any, is put out by California ARRL and/or HQ.
I listened to the self-described "Comedy Ham Radio Show." Initial executive summary follows:
1) A local problem with a repeater site in northern California was brought up.
2) ARRL suggested an approach.
3) The locals did exactly what the ARRL suggested.
4) The potential problem appears to likely be resolving itself.
5) The ARRL is now at fault for not doing the suggested local-level work, and effectively forcing those locals involved to do it themselves.
