I was just asked where members could find copies of the Division or
Section E-mails.

I can easily find them in the Section/Division Email Log part of the
ODV area of www.arrl.org. I don't know where else to find them
elsewhere on the ARRL site, and my searches have turned up nothing.

Are these available to members, outside the ODV area, and if not, why?
