Since the board is able to put qsl cards on their division budgets,  how can we do that with these anniversary qsl cards.

We’re pleased to introduce this very special offering: ARRL Centennial QSL cards. Members can select from 3 different QSL card designs (3 card “fronts” and 3 “backs”), and customize the cards with call sign and station info. The cards can be ordered for as low as 15 cents/card per 1,000 cards. Smaller (and larger) quantities are available for ordering. The cards are promoted in March QST, page 12.
