I was going to delay reading the current Contest Rate Sheet in my inbox
until later today.  After seeing your comments here, I went right to it
and I whole-heartedly agree with you.

I wonder if Ward could be talked into enlarging his theme for use as a
QST editorial or Op Ed piece?
