Mike,

When I came aboard, finding and tracking federal and state legislation was a function of the HQ regulatory affairs staff.  Dan Henderson used a paid service, maybe one of the CCH services?

BTW, you guys in N.E. did a good job getting the word out on the RF bill in NH this weekend.  I think that it would be found to be pre-empted by federal law if passed, but stopping it in its tracks is by far the preferable and least-costly means.   It’s not unlikely that we will see more such bills in other states. The group that won the case against the FCC and their allies are aggressive, as I mentioned in my latest Counsel’s Report at p.4.

Hi All,

Once upon a time we subscribed to a service that watches the various legislatures and noted any [ending bills or other activity that micht affect us.  Do we still subscribe to such a thing?  Is there a way for us to get access to it?

Rhanks,

Mike
