Although your observation about not allowing ourselves to be "bedazzled" by our own press releases may not have related to the deepest learning from the conference, I must admit it struck me as one of the more pertinent to many of our US brethren. I wonder, too, if you plan a treatise on the relative merits and demerits of Finnish beer vs. Belgium, German, Swiss and even British beers? I tried my best to study the European Continent and Brit varieties as much as practical during my travels some years ago but did not have the opportunity to investigate any of the Norse-region products.
