We do not yet know how many Hams and ARRL Members will be adversely affected by Harvey, but it will be more than two. And those who are affected will be found in multiple states, unless Harvey diminishes.

We should consider establishing a Harvey Ham support fund that would, to the extent we were successful raising money, be available to assist those Hams not covered by insurance. It will take some work, but they are our Members.
