
They have only 14,000 hams there. In Trinidad and Tobago we also had almost no regulations, including no channels and 1.5kW on 60m. The 400 or so hams in the country wouldn’t have presented a big problem worldwide, especially since they’d have no one to talk to outside the channels. You can see where I am going with this.
