I just read over the minutes, and am sorry for taking so long to review them in detail. I have some clerical errors to note: Minute 1: The starting time was 9:00 AM EDT, not EST (we are on Daylight savings time.) Motion PSC#4 (Page 18) is the ARRL Technical Innovation Award, not the ARRL Technical Service Award, (which was PSC#3) Also, PSC#4 is not complete. We also awarded this to Steve Hynal, KF7O, but his "Whereas" paragraph somehow dropped out. (The original motion is attached here.) PSC#4 is also missing the last "Therefore" paragraph, where we actually bestow the award. The Director's motions were titled with a "Ritz 1", or "Baker 1", or Norton 12", or whatever when they were introduced to the Board. That information is missing from the titles in the minutes. The only Director's motion where the originator is even listed (until the end of the motion) is "e. Motion Recognizing 105th Anniversary of SCCAC" - Ms. McIntyre" The rest have only a title at the top. On Director Motion "g." there needs to be a blank line right before the "Therefore" to separate the paragraphs. Also, somehow there is the word "anniversary" at the end that's not supposed to be there. It should read "ie:13.) (Removed July 2021)", without the "anniversary". 73; Mike W7VO

Me being new, I alphabetized names in the roll call vote by last name. I did not realize names are listed by division until this evening. I corrected the listing in the roll call vote.
