In an effort to make sure I was doing my “homework” I checked and downloaded scovered ODjr was created years ago, with the agreement of HQ, at a time when there was a temporary problem with the OD reflector. The intent was that it would function as a backup to OD if OD was not fully functioning. ODjr was not envisioned as an alternative to OD nor as a private talk group for less all the Officers and Directors. For convenience the moderator was Director Norton. Apparently he continues to be the moderator of ODjr. As previously noted access is available only with permission of the moderator. On Sunday I asked Director Norton to allow me access to ODjr. I also requested access to the archive of ODjr because it was to be a backup to OD and OD archives are available to officers and directors. To date he has not granted access or even responded to my request. Since ODjr was established as a backup to OD available to all OD members restricting access and not disclosing who has been granted access appears to be contrary to the stated purpose and intent of creating ODjr. 73, Jay, K0QB Sent from my iPad
