If a motion is not substantially changed, we have allowed for minor edits after the Board meeting in rare instances. A few times the in past when edits for clarity were being made on the floor real time during the meeting, it was acknowledged that the wording would be "fixed" later when the minutes were written. Of course, I think we all would agree this is not the best practice for motions, but sometimes the exception is warranted.
