I received my October CQ today.

On page 26 they state “Curiously, we have not received any formal response from the ARRL, although the League’s Board of Directors, responding to a large number of member complaints, did pass a resolution…… 

And they go on to describe minute 31 of our July board meeting, as well as reproduce the entire text of the resolution.  Reader comments follow.
