We have been looking at associations with similar fundamentals to ours to see what they are doing and what we can learn. As a part of that, one team member came across this article about Maxim in NRA's magazine, and there is a response to the piece in a subsequent issue. Both pieces are attached. I had no idea that Maxim invented a silencer for firearms as well as mufflers for automobiles! Enjoy. David
