During all of this cell phone while driving flap, I always wonder what we would want to pass laws against while driving if there weren't any cell phones to distract people? Cell phones are only one in an ocean of distractions. Eating while driving Playing an air guitar while listening to Stairway to Heaven on the radio Loading your gun just prior to arriving at your hunting location (south only) Scratching your ass Obviously, cell phones are the "easy" target and play well in the media.
