I used Centennial cards for KP3/K1ZZ earlier this year. The Centennial cards are nice, delivery is faster and they can be ordered in smaller quantities. However, the regular red cards are more flexible, less expensive and to my eye have a somewhat nicer finish.

Thanks Harold—I take it there wasn’t a direct procedure set up, so we just go the reimbursement route.

We’ve always allowed QSL cards for Directors/Vice Directors to be charged to Division budgets so I don’t see why that should change.

However, since the e-store functionality was created for retail transactions it does not include the facility to order and charge things to Division budgets automatically. There are only two ways I can think of to accomplish this. Have the Directors order on-line, pay for it and then get reimbursed through the normal process or, set up a special procedure in Sales and Marketing so they can call and order them so they can be charged directly to the Division budget.

I’ve included Bob Inderbitzen on this note as he would have to be involved in setting up a procedure for Sales and Marketing if we took that route.

Let me ask Barry.  He is the keeper of the Division budgets.

Harold,

Since the board is able to put qsl cards on their division budgets,  how can we do that with these anniversary qsl cards.

These designs are truly outstanding!

Thanks.

Bill
