Greetings. I just sent the following message, with the letter filing, to the FCC. This is self-explanatory. Ed Hare, just prior to the Memorial Day weekend, did a bangup job sniffing out the continued horrible BPL interference in Briarcliff Manor. This is in response to the FCC's inquiry letter to Ambient, noting our more than one year old (most recent) complaint about this system, and basically telling Ambient to clean it up. Unspoken is FCC's inevitable realization that the experimental authorization is about to expire (on August 1, 2007). Cynics such as myself would think that FCC is attempting to launder this system so as to allow the experimental license to be renewed once again. We are trying to head this off at the pass, so to speak.
Let me know any questions you have about this filing.
73, Chris W3KD
