Mr. Harrison brought greetings on behalf of the IARU’s officers.  He summarized IARU efforts and plans for the upcoming year.  Mr. Harrison also touched base on the upcoming World Radio Conference (WRC23). In closing, he noted that the IARU Administrative Council held its first in-person meeting in over two years this past June.

17. Mr. Stratton provided an overview of the Legislative Advocacy Committee report.  Mr. Stratton moved, seconded by Dr. Boehner, to move into a Committee of the Whole to discuss confidential matters. Seeing no objection, the motion was APPROVED by unanimous vote. 

 

This should state "to discuss a confidential matter" as unless I am incorrect, you can only move into a CoW for one specific matter at a time.
