Attached is the Proposed 2015-2016 Plan that was discussed at the November A&F Committee meeting. The Committee voted unanimously to recommend this Plan to the Board for its consideration at the 2015 Annual Meeting in January, 2015.

This document is being distributed to the Officers, Directors and Vice Directors and should be considered Board confidential.

As has been our practice in recent years, we will set up a conference call before the Board meeting for the purpose of answering questions from Directors. The date and time for this call will be announced as soon as the arrangements are made.
