They are all reporting problems with their email. As is well known, many (?) of us in the field no longer are receiving any emails addressed to our individual @arrl.org mailing addresses. This includes those who are using Office 365. I have sent four emails to my <mailto:n2zz@arrl.org> n2zz@arrl.org address, and none were received. I did the same for my <mailto:n2zz@arrl.net> n2zz@arrl.net address; one gave me an error message, but none were received. Our SM’s have been approached by members asking them why they did not respond to their emails and questioned why they were being unresponsive. In their section reports, they are giving their members their personal email addresses, but members have continued to use the @arrl.org addresses which were previously reliable for so many decades. So, my questions are: where are we with resolution of the @arrl.org and @arrl.net aliases? Is everyone outside of HQ having this problem, or is it just us? Is there someone that has been assigned this task at HQ that could be contacted? Is there any projected resolution date? If this is going to be long-term, I was requested by our SM’s to ask the process of changing their email address listing on page 16 of QST to their personal email addresses. I would have an interest in that as well.
