To the best of my knowledge this idea has not been implemented. I have not discussed it with Staff. At the time the NERPC report was submitted, the position now occupied by Dennis Dura did not exist, so circumstances have changed considerably in the meantime. I'm sure the PSC could look into this if the members and chairman want to put it on their agenda. The simple flat structure of the PR Committee has worked pretty well for a number of years, which is why the NERPC group commended it to our attention. 73 - Kay N3KN
