Good Afternoon:

As of this moment, I have heard from 12 Directors, all voting in the affirmative to approve the Minutes with some minor corrections. Thank you for your timely responses. The Minutes are now approved and I’m waiting for the Board story before we post them to the web site.

As an aside, I will be traveling tomorrow to a family commitment that was made well before I had agreed to return to the ARRL. I will be available by phone, email and text throughout the day, but maybe not immediately.
