By mail vote, the Directors have unanimously approved the following resolution: RESOLVED, that the ARRL Board of Directors selects Joe Taylor, K1JT and Bruce Walker, W1BW, as recipients of the 2010 Doug DeMaw, W1FB, Technical Excellence Award for their article "WSPRing Around the World," which was published in the November 2010 issue of QST magazine.
