I suspect you will remember the handsome looking chap on the right - our friend Past Director Gary Johnston, KI4LA. I wouldn't think the photo suggest he is anything more than a passing acquaintance of the fellow on the left (new KY Governor Fletcher), but I expect even greater things from KY now that Amateur Radio's interests are well in the protective custody of the Gov. and his friend.
