Mark and all,

We finished the requested changes Tuesday evening. I am currently on the road traveling, but attached is the final version (ARES Plan - rev 01-30-19) that will be released to the Field Organization. There may be formatting changed to clean up the appearance , but the text is finalized.

From the PSEWG and PSC, our sincere thanks to all who contributed so much time and effort to bring this needed update for ARES to the field..
