All, I originally abstained on both issues pertaining to Director Rehman's complaints of the Elections and Ethics Committee's rulings. It was my intent to remain neutral in these matters because I am in a contested election myself. Director Rehman has stated that we have a fiduciary responsibility to governance of the ARRL as the members have entrusted to us. I now feel that my neutrality will not serve the ARRL better than an affirmed vote. I therefore would like to change my votes on BOTH matters to be recorded as NO.
