I suggest that someone who’s going to be at the event have a conversation with Advertising Manager Janet Rocco beforehand.

Sometimes there are issues with a particular account, and certain questions can make the situation more serious. Rather than pressing a hot button inadvertently, it would be better to be forewarned and avoid it entirely.
