This is even more ridiculous than the baseless elimination of the regular review of the number of ReconRobotics units allowed to be sold under the waiver based on a finding that there has been no interference as the result of a ReconRobotics experimental license that was, at each of 82 sites save for 5, limited to the 2.4 GHz band and not the 70 cm band.
I hope we can continue to hold FCC's feet to the fire on this, because the grant of licenses specifying a 6 MHz channel but using a 100 kHz occupied bandwidth just makes no sense, no matter how many times the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau says it does.
