Jim:

Everyone is welcome!  When I published my operation in the Division Newsletter, I told the members that I would be calling "CQ West Gulf".  It is just a way to get noticed.

Today, I was told that I will probably have cell phone coverage in the Radio Room or, at least, in the next compartment.  If that is so, I will "tweet" my exact frequency.

Although 0000Z is late in the day, the local ham club officials insist that it is the best time for stateside contacts.  I guess that we will see.

David

Very neat!  Will you accept a call from the GLD or will I need to come to Oklahoma or Texas?

Folks:

I will be operating from the Battleship Missoui, KH6BB, on plus or minus 14263 KHz this  Sunday April 7th at 0000Z.  Look for me calling "CQ West Gulf Division".
