Heavy, wet snow coupled with blustery wind and trees that still have their leaves have combined to deliver another major power disruption in Connecticut. At the moment 40% of the customers of Connecticut Light & Power are without power, and things are likely to get much worse before they get better. The storm is expected to continue until tomorrow morning.

At this point I don't have a status report on HQ other than that the power there appears to be on. (It went off at my home in Coventry just before 4 PM; I am running my wifi router from a battery.) So much for enjoying 10 meters this weekend (but it sure was fun while it lasted).
