As an update: I asked Riley to engage the VMs to monitor 40m to determine whether they can confirm jamming is occurring and from roughly where. Riley's VMs have observed jamming on 40m. However, the location of origin was inconclusive. Riley has also heard back from FCC that they are involved and are pursuing the matter, and that they have no further comment at this time. We were told this on two occasions in the past few weeks. It would appear that they may be handling through official channels. I don't believe that there is anything else we need to do. We have been communicating with Laura Smith and she is very aware of the jamming reports. David
