Yesterday morning, Rep. Peter Torosain (R-NH), WB1CBY, learned from the chair of the House Science and Technology Committee dealing with HB 1644 that the bill will be sent to Interim Study. Some feel that this effectively kills the bill in its current version.

It's still something that bears continued surveillance.
