For your information, we discovered this morning that the Siebel production system had been corrupted (disk error) we tried to boot it up this morning and have been working all day to identify the error and restore the system. We will be restoring the data and the production system from back-up, first testing the back-up procedures for both the data and the production software. We expect this could take at least until close of business tomorrow (Friday).

 

This primarily impacts data entry and reports for membership and development. We are still accepting information over both the web and the phone. The web data is being queued up until the system is back on line and we are batching up the phone/mail applications, etc.
