Attached is the annual Conflict of Interest Policy and acknowledgement form for 2020 per ARRL Bylaw 45:

Annual
Statements
Each
Board
Member
and
Vice Director
shall annually
sign a
statement which
affirms
that
such person:
(i) Has
received
a copy
of
the
current
conflict
of
interest
policy set
fo1ih
in
this Bylaw;
(ii) Has
read
the
Bylaw;
(iii) Agrees
to
comply with
the disclosure
requirements;
and
(iv)Acknowledges
that
the
League
is
a non-profit
organization
and
that
in
order
to
maintain
its
federal tax
exemption
it
must
engage
primarily
in
activities
which accomplish
one
or
more
of its
tax-exempt purposes.
The
failure
of
a Board Member
or
Vice
Director
to
sign such
statement
on
a timely
basis will
render
that
Board Member
or
Vice Director
ineligible
to
serve
or
continue
to
serve.
If you did not submit one for 2019 (this includes newly elected Board members) please do so before the January 17 meeting.

Please note that in addition to the by-law, as a non-profit entity we are required by the IRS to have a written Conflict of Interest policy which is reported on our 990 statement
