As most of you know I have been out of the office on vacation in NC (and am still there) since December 15th and have not had access to the internet, and hence email, until this morning when I arrived at my brother's home. Was received by the Secretary's office in a timely manner on December 20th but am just now being able to circulate it to ODV.
