David; When I saw Steve’s e-mail this AM I assumed he knew of yours because he still had access to ODV somehow. Is that not a possible explanation? I’m much more interested in what happens next to replace this key position in IT as soon as possible. I’m hearing the sounds of screeching brakes being applied on important projects at HQ all the way on the West coast! 73; Mike W7VO Sent from my iPhone, utilizing a very tiny keyboard fed from very fat fingers

I was surprised that someone on this reflector took the confidential email I sent to the board regarding the HR issues related to Steve Berry and contacted him, but again, it reinforces the fact that there is a confidentiality issue the board needs to address.
Steve’s email was forwarded to me. Of course part of what he says in his email is true, but by no means does it represent the full picture and reinforces the ongoing problems we had with him as a Director.
I’d encourage you to reach out to me if you’d like to discuss this matter further. I would reiterate that Directors Baker, Kemmerer, and McIntyre, as well as Vice Director Marcin were aware of the issues we were having with Steve since Q1 of this year.
I am also happy to have you speak directly with Diane Middleton if you prefer, who has been present for many of the discussions with Steve and has also known in detail how long and how serious Steve’s performance and attitude problems were.
Thanks
