Greetings. My report is attached. Board members, please note two issues near the end under the heading of General Legal Matters which may require Board policy determinations at the upcoming meeting. One deals with ARES group incorporation, and the other with encryption in computer communications in the bands above 50 MHz, an issue of the HSMM. 73, Chris Imlay, W3KD
