[arrl-odv:22544] FCC Chairman Wheeler and spectrum sharing

Yesterday FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler delivered a speech in which he laid out his philosophy of spectrum sharing. It's on page 3 of the attachment. While the 3.5 GHz band is not an amateur allocation, we probably should expect to see the philosophy reflected in Commission proposals for other parts of the microwave spectrum. Dave K1ZZ
