Mike makes a good point — a point over which much political blood has been spilled.

Having been a member of "that group" — Vice Directors — I can be accused of having a bias, but as a Director I find my bias hasn't changed: Vice Directors are Members of the Board. So, I see no sin in signing up with BS as a "Board Member."
