I'll ask Steve Ewald to forwrad you the message sent to SMs regarding Citizen Corps. 
 
In terms of funding, I learned at the Citizen Corps affiliates meeting that for 2004 all Citizen Corps funding goes to the state level, so we do not qualify for any grants at this point.

Heard about the possible funding a while back but haven't seen the details.   Can a copy of whatever was sent to SMs be sent to the Board also?
