[arrl-odv:13339] BPL in Manassas -- Keeping the Pressure On

Greetings. The attached was ghost-written by Mr. Sumner and was delivered to FCC today. It deals both with the inadequacies of the UTC BPL database, and more importantly with the failure of the Manassas BPL operator to comply with its really clear and objective obligations in connection with the "public" database. We have other issues with the database which we will be bringing to the attention of the FCC shortly. For now, this is to keep the heat on under Manassas buttocks. Happy TG to all. 73, Chris W3KD
