Attached is the official notice letter for the January 2017 Annual Board meeting from the CEO. Also attached is the draft agenda for the meeting.

 

As stated earlier, the deadline for submitting reports to the Board is January 6, to allow time to prepare the books. Motions should be sent in advance as well.
