 Dinner choices are:

 Thursday

 New York Strip Steak--served w/Yukon gold potato gratin, wilted organic

 spinach, herbed roasted wild mushrooms

Roulade of Chicken--Breast-stuffed with baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes and artichokes served w/steamed broccoli rabe, thyme jus

Atlantic Salmon--roasted with wild mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, green beans

 Friday

 Filet of Beef--with horseradish mashed potatoes, wild mushroom ragout,

 frizzled onions and cabernet demi sauce, seasonal vegetables

                or

 Grilled Swordfish--with roasted red pepper sauce, chef's starch,

 seasonal vegetables

                or

 Prosciutto Crusted Chicken Breast--with Madeira sauce, chiefs starch

 and vegetables
