Dan reminded me that I indeed did ask the proposals to be sent to OD.  My apologies to Dan for the error.

 

As to who can see the proposals, they are NOT confidential.  Have your way with them.  Put them on giant flags and wave them high for all the world to see (including VDs, whom I’ve included in this mailer).
