Riley, At one point, there was talk that all existing OOs would need to be re-qualified, take some training and a test, and some would not be invited to continue. I don't know if that's still in the cards, but if so, I think it is appropriate that OOCs be warned about this possibility. Starting and stopping again, whether or not for good reason, would not improve our relationship to OOs.
