The National reports sound delightful. I'd have enjoyed it and NASA's MSFC, but the KS State was Sunday, with home state boy K0BOG helping Cliff and me. We didn't have a foxhunt, but we did have the scavenger hunt and I got hit up for a few signatures in various categories. Maybe that was the work of KC0PTL, KS ASM for youth activities ?? Attendance was 383 which is a good turnout for us. I think the Div. forum had about 70 attendance and the section forum a bit more. We have good attendance at ARRL forums, esp. in the western half of the Midwest Div. I did have one commenter upset with our RBB initiative and semi-auto QRM, who actually says he experiences it 'often'. We had numerous door prizes and first draw got choice -- he was the winner -- that was priceless. Plus we had less humidity than y'all did, surely (still alot by my High Plains standards). Given Coy's plight I won't complain about that. All in all, it'd have been great to be able to do both conventions. 73 Bruce K0BJ -- BEGIN-ANTISPAM-VOTING-LINKS ------------------------------------------------------ Teach CanIt if this mail (ID 35954019) is spam: Spam: http://spam.st-tel.net/canit/b.php?i=35954019&m=948a9328fd3d&c=s Not spam: http://spam.st-tel.net/canit/b.php?i=35954019&m=948a9328fd3d&c=n Forget vote: http://spam.st-tel.net/canit/b.php?i=35954019&m=948a9328fd3d&c=f ------------------------------------------------------ END-ANTISPAM-VOTING-LINKS
