My wife Linda, KA1ZD, had surgery today -- not major but rather painful. I was with her at the hospital and will have to stay with her for the next 24 hours as she can't be left alone. This, coupled with my being in Washington on Wednesday for a meeting of US Ad Hoc 8E (the domestic preparatory committee for amateur issues in ITU-R Working Party 8A), has put me a bit behind on email. I'll do my best to catch up but will not be able to deal too well from home with attached files or with subjects on which I need reference material that's at the office.
