At Minute 34 of the draft minutes of the recent Board meeting the Board approved providing the Board with the ability to have Division e-mails sent out immediately with no review from HQ.

To implement this instruction, the IT Dept will add a “check box” that will indicate the message is “for immediate release”. If not checked, the message will be held for review under the current procedure. This will allow each Director to make the choice for each message, allowing the opportunity to change their preference according to the message being sent.

We will let you know as soon as this is ready, likely later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
